Hi! good day to all. I am a Filipina who wishes to marry a Lebanese man. I wonder if anyone can help me on what legal documents or requirements I and my partner should present at the court of Saudi Arabia for them to approve our plan of getting married. I am confused on what I have researched on the net and what I heard from friends. I hope you can help me on this. Thank you.

I have signed as a witness two months before for merriage of my friend's daughter.But the condition fulfilled that the Father gave approval as it is necessary as per Saudi merrage Law.
Either the brother/Father or real guardian should give approval for girl merriage.In your case if you are new muslimah then i think there is need to arrange NOC from your embessay and need certificate of relegion from Islamic Center Rabwa as i heared that this office provide some such support to the new muslimah.
