Visa cancellation new rule

yes it is right .

if he do not make cancelation they will put his/her name in the black list so he will be able to back

So how they can cancel the visa those who went without cancellation and staying in another country? is there any solution to cancel the the visa unless they come here??

I don't think this kind of rule can be passed by the govt. anyhow u should make it sure with the Immigration.

there is no rule like that but  if  you u exit without cancellation just you cant get visa for that specific country at a specific time not the whole life.

My sponsor is not good not giving salary

I got UAE civil engineer visa

Iam going to india by telling sponsor to urgent work in india

After that can I go to UAE

@Umer for Dubaii i think you have to cancel the visa otherwise you have to wait 6 month in your hometown so that visa will be cancelled automatically.....Dubaii & Oman having v.strong relations .they will not allow you to enter .........

As an employee, never underestimate the power of the employer.

If your employer wishes, they can put you into a lot of trouble if you decide to abscond.

It is any day wiser to end the relationship amicably, rather than any other way.

If your employer wants to, they can stop you from entering into any GCC country.

Suppose I go on vacation to india in January 10th 2017
From india to UAE I will go on 20th January
I told to oman company
one month vacation Iam going he don't know I will travel in 10 days to UAE

Within one month I will enter into uae
