Hi,

We are considering building a 2bdrm villa here with the intent to live year round (i.e. not rent it out at all).

Our understanding is that we would only pay (of course outside electricity, etc) the subdivision fee which we also understand is currently $260/month and includes 24-hour security, back up power, onsite office, cable, water, garbage, outside lighting, maintenance of common areas.

Is that correct?

If we wanted to take advantage of once/wk pool, garden, maid service is that an option? Can we hire a local(s) from outside Casa Linda to do this work or are we bound to their staff/fees?

Why don't you talk to your real estate agent or Casa Linda management team directly????
No the pool/garden service is extra and I believe you can hire outside help but there are some hoops to jump through.
Again ask you agent or Casa Linda
