Makes perfect sense to me how could you represent your constituents when it took 6 weeks to get a message to them and another 6 to get a reply. Westminster knew what was good for you colonial types! If those Frenches hadn't got involved you would still have a Queen and wouldn't have to waited until 2012 for a National Health system!
