There is a HUGE ex-pat community here on Ambergris Caye. Easy connection points are trivia thursday nights at Pedro's inn or RoadKill bar alternating weeks or Canuck's Beach bar sunday afternoons. Feel free to email us at [email protected] when you arrive.
Another easy connection is the ambergriscaye.com message board, which had two excellent resources: Marty, who runs the bears and Amada Syme, a local relator.
