Hello,for sure you can get a driving license in Morocco as you are legally residing in Morocco so it is a legal document you are allowed to get it as any other document.You need to pay a visit to a school of driving teaching,they will explain to you everything and the required papers are not exhaustive.In terms of money,it costs between 2000 dh and 3000 dh.Something else,if you are just temporarily in Morocco and already own a driving license done in your country,no need to make another one ,merely legalize your ex one in the special authorities and it is valable then.If you have any other questions,you are welcome
