Maybe you could organise an Expat.com meet up?

You just need to propose a date, an hour and a place.

PS: The date should be given 2 or 3 weeks in advance so as to have a maximum of participants.

That is the best to do otherwise everybody will endlessly post "I am in" and finally nothing will happen.

Julien can you arrange such a meeting and we all can then help with  practicalities!
