You will be working at KFH which is one of the best medical facilities in Jeddah.

In terms of living, life would not be very happening socially. You would be better off if you relocate with your family (wife&Kids) here. That would make things interesting. And over time you will get to meet like minded people from work as well as where you will be living. Life in Jeddah is a bit laid back. Otherwise it has great places to spend your weekend e.g. malls, restaurants, beaches etc.
