Looking for a job in Milano

Hi All,

my name is Kasia and I am from Poland. I am currently searching for a job in Milano to join my boyfriend, but so far it is not going to well as I do not speak Italian at all. I sent so many CVs but I did not get any response so far which is actually worrying me a lot. 
Could anyone perhaps give any hints on where to look for a an English speaking job, any websites, headhunters etc...
Also, from your own expierience: how long were you looking for a job in Milano, did you know Italian and is it better to look for a job from Poland or rather from Milano? I am so afriad to leave my current job in Poland and move to Milano if I dont yet have a job over there.

I would be happy to hear how all of this looked like from your side .
