i am algerian trader ,i would to come to oxford for six months in order to learn business english courses.
i payed all school fees( about 24oo ponds)and i booked appartement for on month,but my visa was refused by british council in Algeria without valable reason.
now,i want to refund my ffes,i contacted school,but they dont give any sgne!
can you help ang give me sloution pleas.
