Price Range for a 3bd room apartment

Hi, im considering a move to kuwait after summer, but would like to gather information about house prices.

I would look for a 3 bedroom apartment furnished/ unfurnished.
Or a 3 bedroom house or villa in a compound, and which are the good areas to live in?

3 bedroom depending on the area is 350-500. Furnished is another hassle, its usually difficult to find furnished flats, add another 100KD to the range above for that.

Legacy, would it be difficult to furnish and what are the prices?

Im a person that would want to settle down quick into a furnished apartment, and not go through the hussle of furnishing when u have twins at the age of 2!!
