Dental Work - Need a crown

1) Yes, dentists are very highly trained in HU.

2) Yes, I know one. I've been using him for about 15 years. He just put three implant screws in my jaw (jeez!). Send me a PM and I'll give you the contact details.

3) Don't know but it's not that cheap but cheaper than say USA or UK.

4) No, no tip required.
