Is it possible to open a simple account if we have a tourist visa or soc budaya visa?
If yes, which bank is better?

Opening a bank account is tricky if you dont have a social visa. I have a work visa and it was still complicated. You need to bring your passport and visa to a bank. Permata was easy as is Mandiri. I would just check with them first to see if your visa is accepted. They wont accept Tourist visas thats for sure

Unfortunately they won't. I tried to and they declined without a proper letter/visa here.
