Hi there all
Newbie to the site but loving all the info and pearls of wisdom one can pick up here. My husband and I obtained our skilled visa's and hubby will be going first. He is due to arrive in Perth around July.
We are looking for guidance as to the type of accomodation we look for initially. Does he look for a bed and breakfast and then once he is there start looking for furnished accomodation or does he look for furnished accomodation before he goes?
It seems that finding furnihsed accomodation when you are outside of the country is rather complicated and risky.
Any advise would be welcomed.
