"Anyone else in Shiyan?"- yeh estimated 3million chinese

Hi,

actually what u do there?

i live currently in Longhua, its anyhow very close,-
always if i come back from Guangzhou the Bus droops
me in shiyan, because is cheaper for them-
than droop
us up 2 km away at the longhua busstation

sometimes i see 3 months on foreigner in Longhua
(eccept myself in the mirror)

I think a Longhua(also shiyan)
is a very safe place- if this is the answear to ur
question

bye
kris

Hi Kris,

I wasn't really worried about safety it's just that when I am in the Sea World area and want to bus home to Shiyan (usually take bus #332) the last bus is supposed to end at 11:30 but it usually just never arrives after lets say 9:30 which is frustrating and then I have to take a 90¥ taxi home so was mainly thinking there must be a better or more reliable way to get home later at night.

I'm teaching at a school in Shenzhen, what about yourself?

Hi Anika,

The only other way is - u take the metro, the longhua line.
And there u have to find out which station is close to ur home,
and from there u walk or take bus/taxi

The bus shedule is Fuck,
because its not always true, and sometimes the buses are so overcrowded that they dont stop,
one time last year i was one hour before the last bus arrived
(according shedule, i take normaly always 302) but all the buses just passed without to stop, finaly i didnt sleep that night because i got no money in my pocket( to pay a taxi )and I also didnt found a convienient place to sleep... .

I live in Shenzhen
to prepare a business in Germany, i want to import in the future chinastuff into germany.
But my money is very limited so i need to stay to find cheap and ok - quality factorys-
at the moment i just living from my savings
-maybe i go back in 3-4 Months

and ur job?u like it? its full or parttime job?

bye

hi anika,

if you are looking to drink/hangout in the sea world area, it will be rather hard to get back using public transportation(buses or trains ends like latest midnight or something), you could probably try futian area bars so u can stay longer and still catch a ride back via bus or subway. Since you are a foreigner, it's still best that you get familiar fast and avoid those late nights going home alone. I used to stay in sea world area and find it really far from everything. Now, i've moved to coastal city, slightly nearer to town, it's more convenient staying near the mall and banks for a foreigner like me smile.png
