I need some professional advice on starting up my Holistic Therapist personal business
in Istanbul,what steps I need to take, and where do I go to register my work'business.

Well my suggestion would be to look for private clinic or or office for your major... You go and talk face to face... Cuz face to face communication is the.key in Turkey.
