Got an offer for 5000usd after taxes for role of cto internet ecomm startup.
Have to cover alk expenses in this and live with wife and daughter comfortably in a very good area with internatinal schooling.
How is this offer
Also if the employer were to cover first weeks hotel stay shoukd i demand an amount to pay rent and deposit etc. In advance?

very good offer in general but seems bit low for CTO post. You should compare it with your last salary and location and calculate yourself if that is a good offer for you or not.
