I do not know of an OBGYN to recommend, sorry.
As for the hospitals, there are a few that are exclusively for women giving birth. I was impressed with the facilities & patient care when I went to visit relatives.
The best health insurance seems to be Unimed, but from what I understand, there is a one-year waiting period until incoming residents are eligible to use it.
