Hi,

could you please share advice and tips about pregnancy in the Massachussets?

Who are the best gynecologists for pregnancy follow-ups?

Which hospitals or clinics would you recommend to give birth in the Massachussets?

Thanks a lot in advance for your advice !

Christine

BOSTON MAMA

I recommend giving birth at Brigham and Womens. The staff is excellent and they are welcoming of doulas and midwifes. If you should have an issue, their NICU is one of the best in the state with a hall way connection to Children's hospital.

Mass General is also wonderful and their Womens center is only about 8 years old.

Beth Israel is also good.

I would stay away from St. Elizabeths or any Caritas organization. I worked there for a while....

Massachusetts has a lot of doulas and wonderful midwifes. I would suggest people look into them. Its the best way to ensure your wishes for labor/after care are followed.

Thank you, BOSTON MAMA! :)
