I brought a xperia neo V frm mursalaat jst 5 days back, and now the camera gets hanged, and doesnt work at all, tried, formatting and updating d software no use, searching for the service center, can someone give the ryt address...

Depends on your warranty. Check out the warranty card that was provided with your purchase. If it has for example Axiom's warranty, their service center is in Awais market.

The most others are located in Mursalat mobile market.
