Fluent - English and local language
Good knowledge of local area and facilities for expatriates locally
Familiar with local bureaucracy

Use of a car in good condition
Professional appearance and manner
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Experience abroad or in another culture preferable
Flexible time availability
