Im from the uk and in the process of movin to california.. im takin my dawta with me and her father has parental responsibility. He duznt no were goin yet nd dnt think he wil agree. Wot wil happen if we just leave? Duz nebody know wot the laws are? Wil thr b consequences? Wot wil they b? Iv tried to find information but nothings been of ne use.

I believe this is recognized by most US & European courts as kidnapping... you may get into serious trouble...
