Having the language of official mail changed

Hi all,
Today I received a form from the ONVA about my holiday pay from last year.. ( I think it's just for my taxes)
The thing is any mail I get from these guys is in French, and I only speak English and Dutch.
I can translate them online but is there a simple way to have them send the stuff in Dutch instead?
I think the reason it is French is because I started my Belgian Journey in the Walloon side of the country but came to Limburg after only a week or so.
Cheers for any advice

I also received a letter from ONVA which is also in French, I've never even visited Wallonia let alone lived there so I guess its just standard practice to send non natives in vlanderen a french document.

I can only suggest contacting the ONVA and asking for a translated copy.

Thought that'd be the answer alright..
I'll give them a bell during the week, it's not a huge inconvenience I suppose.
