according the saudi goverment traffice rules, motorcycle licence is required, but i want to know, desert 4 wheel motorcycle whether is belonged to motorcycle, important whether also need motorcycle driving licence?
if in ther desert,not driving on the public road

In general, driving license is required to drive any vehicle no matter you are in desert or on a road.
I heard that for low power engine motorcycle (say less than 200cc), the license is not required. 200cc is just example here, please check with Maroor for the exact CCs. The 4-wheelers must fall under the same category.

Oh I see.
Maroor is arabic of 'Traffic Police' department. 993 is their number & they speak Arabic only.
