Hi,

are foreign investors welcome in Mozambique?

Is it complicated to register a company in Mozambique? What is the procedure?

What is the corporate tax rate in Mozambique?

Is it easy to recruit?

Any advice you would share with us?

Thank you very much for your participation,

Julien

Hi Bud, this is probably not the best form for advise on Moz but here it is anyway. Yes it is complicated but if you have cash to spare then a good lawyer firm would do it for you quickly. I think the tax rate is 45% but you will have to check it. everyone is welcome here. It is different but very rewarding. If you have done business in Africa before then you should do ok here. Just dont come from some first world country with first world expectations. Good luck

Hi Julien

Foreign investors are welcomed.

To register business here is not so complicated, I have registered 2 already and live and work here now for one year.

What type of business do you have in mind?

It is different to do business here and you need patience.

We can assist with registration, etc, if you would like.
