Hi,

are foreign investors welcome in Denmark?

Is it complicated to register a company in Denmark? What is the procedure?

What is the corporate tax rate in Denmark?

Is it easy to recruit?

Any advice you would share with us?

Thank you very much for your participation,

Julien

Hi Julian,

Foreign investors are very welcome in Denmark :-)

It is very simple to register a company, you can do it online within a few minutes. But there are probably some specific rules for foreigners that I don't know of. But I can find out for you?

The corporate tax in Denmark is 25%.
A great thing about the corporate tax rules is, that if you as a company A has owned company B for at least 3 years, then it is tax free for company A to sell company B.

It can be easy to recruit, but it depends on the job types. The income tax in Denmark is quite high, so the salaries are too compared to other countries.
