Hi,

are foreign investors welcome in Serbia?

Is it complicated to register a company in Serbia? What is the procedure?

What is the corporate tax rate in Serbia?

Is it easy to recruit?

Any advice you would share with us?

Thank you very much for your participation,

Julien

Hi Julien,

investors are more than welcome. Registration procedure is one of the quickest in Europe. It takes only 3-5 days, including opening of the bank account.
You sign the founding decision and signature specimen before the court, go to bank to deposit 1 Euro of founding capital, take those docs with a copy of passport and some other filled forms to the Agency for Commercial Registers. The registration takes only 3 days and than you go to the bank and open the account which takes one day. Total expences are approx 150 Euros...

Corporate tax is only 10%, second lowest in Europe. It is easy to recruit, depending which profession you need?

hope this hepls...

P.S. I am not an expat, but local lawyer. I can connect you with some of my foreign clients for the first hand information on the business climate....
