Hi,

are foreign investors welcome in France?

Is it complicated to register a company in France? What is the procedure?

What is the corporate tax rate in France?

Is it easy to recruit?

Any advice you would share with us?

Thank you very much for your participation,

Julien

Thanks for your contribution Gregorykha!;)

But could you please translate as you are in an Anglophone forum?

Thanks,
Harmonie.

It is quite easy if you are looking some simple things to do as entrepreneurship.
My answer seems incongruent but is quite relevante. Since few years, we get a new way to start a business called "auto entrepreneur". Recruit some people, i can't help you but I guess it is quite heavy and expensive to do in France except if you work with young people ...

Tax are quite a lot : maybe 40% of what you will gain. As well there is some additionnal taxes like professionnal contribution. And of course taxe on income or profit every year.

I hope it will help you

Hi Gregorykha -

Just for clarification, the 20% for goods and 30% for services are VAT? «Pouriez vous éclaircir? 20% de bien et 30% des services sont TVA?»

Many thanks!

Gregorykha

Hi Kobico.

Auto entrepreneur status si 12% for goods and 23% for service.
This is only for social tax, after you get 1% that is called income tax.

And you havé as well sole hiden tax : whose I Know is professionnal tax.
Hope il Will help you!
