I am currently teaching English in Buenos Aires, I am intrested in opening a school here. I am trying to find an American partner to start this buisness. I do not feel really too comfortable with my Argentine counterparts. Anybody interested???

My advice would be to post an advert in Buenos Aires classifieds under jobs> business partners.
It should be a good start.
