Looking for a Native German Sales Support representative

Hello you!

We are looking for native German who lives in the area of Haarlem/Amsterdam or is willing to travel to Haarlem for a job in Sales Support.

Your job
As a member of the sales support department you are the back bone of the department. The Sales Support is responsible for all order administration, contact person for all stores, updating the system and be the voice of the department internally and external.


Weekly reporting, analyzing sell thru, sales and stock report for Germany, Austria & Switzerland and report this to the Sales Support Manager
Daily inbound order entry and making calls to get re-orders.
Day to day operations
First line support/customer service for wholesale customers

Your profile

at least 2 years of work experience back-office fashion
strong analytical and communicative skills
commercial drive
Denim minded
enthusiastic, open minded, flexible
excellent communication skills in English and German, preferably also Dutch
knowledge Microsoft Office and Navision
retail & Service minded
A sales tiger by phone
Can start as soon as possible
