Hello, I live in the U.S. and I am looking for a good reputable dentist in Ecuador. The dentist here in the U.S. want a fortune for dental work. I plan on taking my family to Ecuador for dental work. We need a dentist who can do cavities, root canals, teeth cleaning, and restorative work. Would like dentist to speak fluent English, as we do not know Spanish. Any help would be appreciated!

My wife and I went to Cuenca in October 2011 for dental work. The dentist we saw was Dr. Jose Acosta. He speaks fluent English. The dental work he did for my wife was an extraction, a crown and a 3 tooth bridge plus cleaning and some cosmetic dentistry. He referred her to another dentist for a root canal.
For me, he did bone grafting and 6 implants. We will be returning to Cuenca in May for completion of the implants.
