If you want to work in Singapore, you need to find a job first - the company then applies for your visa. You cannot do that yourself, unless you currently earn above S$8000/month and qualify for a PEP.
Even then, work visa are difficult to get. And, sadly, since many Indians abused the system in the past, they are now often rejected.

Hi friends, I have 5 yrs experience in the airline field (worked with well knwown airlines exp Etihad airways). Now I am moving to Singapore will I be able to get a job in the same field?? my PR is under process I am married to a singaporean
