can a foreigner buy property in Somalia?

If so, is it complicated? What is the process of purchasing a property in Somalia?

Any tips for buying property, such as a check-list of items to verify ?

Hello, yes you could buy the apartment or villa in Somalia is not expensive but it is a bit complicated.
