Hi,

can a foreigner buy property in Gambia?

If so, is it complicated? What is the process of purchasing a property in Gambia?

Any tips for buying property, such as a check-list of items to verify ?

Its a pity that I wasn't on Expat-Blog when you wrote this article.

Please, I want to assure you that, there is no single problem to purchase anything in The Gambia.
You just have to be careful and follow all procedures via a Lawyer.
