can a foreigner buy property in Turkey?
If so, is it complicated? What is the process of purchasing a property in Turkey?
Any tips for buying property, such as a check-list of items to verify ?

Yes, foreigners can buy property in Turkey (except in certain areas). It isn't always easy but with the right legal advice and lots of patience, it will be fine. You might like to take a look at this for more information
