Iam looking to buy a newly built flat in Belgrade in the very near future. Do you perhaps know if and how an Italian can purchase a flat? I think I will take credit too from my bank as I already have residential account. ( one part of the total price would be paid by taking some credit). Do you know if we forigner's can take credit?
