Hi,

can a foreigner buy property in Canada?

If so, is it complicated? What is the process of purchasing a property in Canada?

Any tips for buying property, such as a check-list of items to verify ?

Buying a property in Canada is not complicated for a foreigner. In fact it is the same process as a resident buying a property. Financing the purchase might be little bit difficult as Banks will require more down payment.
