is it popular to share a flat in Pattaya ?
What advice would you give to those looking for shared accommodation in Pattaya?
Can you recommend specialized local websites or newspapers?
By the way, keep in mind there is a flat share/house share section in the Classifieds

Flatshare is not, as far as I am aware very popular in Pattaya.
Finding a condo or room to rent try the following sites
Thaivisa.com (forum clasifieds)
Pattayamail.com (printed version weekly nespaper)
Promothai.com
Bahtsold.com
Pattayapeople.com
You could put an advert with your request free on thaivisa & Bahtsold or pay for one on Pattayamail.
