i also have the same problem i will come to Croatia next month i have interview in Ericcson mobile company i`m so afraid of the first interview but you know i asked many people about that they told me " look is it national company you will suffer from language barrier because i can`t speak Hrvatski but if not multinational company don`t worry because they all speak english in it
