I am considering working in Dubai as a midwife and was wondering what life was like in Dubai. I am British born with Nigerian origin and was wondering was the Nigerian community was like out there. If anyone could fill me in I'd be truly greatful.

Please, I am very interested in working in Dubai (as a midwife) and was wondering what it was like out there.
I am british born and my parents are nigerian. I have lived all my life in the UK.
As much as I want to move there i dont want to feel isolated and would love to know that i would be able to be in contact with people of a similar background to me as well as meeting others from different backgrounds.
How have you found it?
Is there a nigerian community out there?
Did you settle well?
