Just curious...does anyone know if non-muslims (i.e. two foreigners) can marry by civil ceremony in KSA? What are the rules re: two foreigners of diff religious backgrounds marrying here? Is a non-muslim woman allowed to marry a muslim man if he's a foreigner?
