It might have some market, but good selling then no.
Most karaoke places work on the following;
Bar
Booze
Men and women together
Decent local music
How many of the above do you have....

im not sure about the locals. but the world's largest karaoke sales are known to be in the philippines. and there is a HUGE philipino community here in khobar. i know the filipinos would go APE $hi7 to be able to buy karaoke machine out here.

agree with hamlay 100 percent, would not think that many of the Philipino workers would be able to necessarily afford to buy one, also beg to differ btbw............ ever been to Japan and Korea??? they are kareoke crazy
Now if you could open a kareoke bar............... promise i will sing my perfect version of 'first i was afraid' but do need 4 glasses of sauvignon blanc to perform..........
