working regs/labour laws for transport/travel, accomodation in the KSA

hi everyone calling on anyone with experience with employing teams across the KSA that need to travel to multiple addresses maybe in different cities on a day by day basis.

they question is what did you find was the best way to make sure they made it to the job site on time and in a suitable condition to work in a public environment IE clean and presentable and actually being ready to work at the start time?

i know how we do it back in the UK but really need to find out best working practice here in the KSA.
