There is a Facebook group "Warsaw Expat" and another called "professionals in Warsaw" -- the latter organizes regular meetings of various expats.

There is also a group that meets each monday near Plac Małachowskiego called "Tandem evenings" where expats and poles meet to learn the others language --> facebook.com/event.php?eid=230903476968382
