travel to China and Hong Kong

hi

I am planning to travel to china and Hong Kong.

I have been told by the embassy that I require an invitation letter from both countries.

As I do not have any contacts there can someone advise how to obtain these letters????

My visit is for tourism purpose..

Please check with travel or tourism agencies. Fursan, Emirates and Tayyar are famous ones here. It's included in the packages they offer; but I guess they can help merely in visa as well if you are not interested in their packages.

For China you will need a visa in advance.

For Hong Kong it depends on your nationality. (What nationality are you?) If you are eligible to get a visa on arrival in Hong Kong you may find the easiest way is to plan your trip so you go to HK first and while you are there you apply for your China visa from a local travel agency. They can do a next day service.
