We would like to expat to Canada

Hello,

We are europeans living in Belgium.  We want to expat to
Canada and read about de different cities from Vancouver
to Quebec, about the parcs, the beautiful nature, Canadians
hospitality, the economical situation of the regions "provinces"
Our children don't speak any english for the moment.
We think that Otawa is very interesting : not to big ciy, large
avenues, many posibilities of entertainement in the surrouding,
economical OK, better climate (but not like in Vancouver), buying
a house not to expensive, we can speak french.
Please give us your impressions, experiences.  For Christas-holdiay we will probably come over to Otawa to discover.
