How to avoid cancelation of residence visa in case of 6 months away?

Hi Everyone,

My wife has left to India for delivering a baby, She has to stay for more then 6 months in India. Can anyone tell me what is the procedure to avoid the cancel of residence in Kuwait.

What documents are required and what is the procedure to get this documents???

Please reply urgently.

For more help visit Arab times office and ask about the legal clinic. They wrote an article about this case.
If she still studying then she can get student papers and immigration will allow her to stay more 6 months.

Try to get her passport and you can add 2-3 months and you pay 1 kd per month and hopefuly it will be enough to renew it when she comes back
