Up or down - which one?

Hi Guys,

As you know I am quite new to Mauritius so hopefully you can give me your opinion on this matter please :)

I know this question may seem "silly" to some but as I have never had this "situation" before I am not sure which to do.

Windy and raining overnight before you go to bed do you:

Pull your rattan/bamboo blinds on your veranda/terrace down or pull them up?

One neighbour said she pulls her's down and attaches them to the floor hooks.

Another neighbour say's always pulls her's up!

Oh la la!

Thank you :/

Strawb

I have them up as I find it quite dark with them down. Sorry I haven't been ignoring you either. Really busy at the moment :(

HeyJude

There are no silly questions :)

Depends just how windy and rainy, i leave ours down and latched at the bottom to help keep the rain off the balcony or if it is really blowing a gale and they are madly flapping around I pull them up.
