My SEC account got suspended, Certificate data is Incorrect.

Hello Everyone,

I want to raise the appeal form for SEC can someone out here guide me on what would be the procedure for the appeal request. And another concern I have is what does certificate data is incorrect mean? I have submitted all the required documents and I’m unaware of the reason I received from SEC.
