Yellow Slip issued the dependent passport about to expire

Hello All.,

I have encountered a similar issue. I received my yellow slip, but GAMGA is not allowing me to book an appointment because my passport is set to expire in 6 months and 10 days. As a result, we decided to proceed with renewing the passport.

Have you personally experienced this problem? Should we request Istiqdam to update the yellow slip with the new passport number, or can we continue to apply for the visa using the new passport? Please advise.
